Wordless Wednesday- Crafting with kids or why I will never be the next Martha!!

Picture these little pot pourri and sparkle bags with some ribbon tied around the top.  Our little teachers gifts.

Foam trees, painted with glue then dipped into a paper bag with glitter.

Now the out takes or aftermath of letting a nearly 2 year old loose with bags of glitter and glue!!

Merry Christmas guys!!  I realised I had not actually put up our Santa photo!!

Linking up with My Little Drummer Boys for Wordless Wednesday.

  1. See how sensible you are doing craft outside? I do ours on the kitchen table and then have the bind of the mammoth clean up before I can serve lunch... We crafted gifts this year too, and one of my two year olds couldn't bear to part with his hard work, so I had to go and get chocolates to give instead .LOL

  3. oh!!! Glitter.... my husband hates it... no matter how tidy I get our house.. he always ends up with glitter on his face when he heads off to work the next day.. I haven't told him that the kids wipe their hands on his towel after a glitter activity hehe :)

  4. I'm convinced that all these pinterst mums with the awesome 'kids' crafts actually do them on their own and then take a photo of their kid next to them - crafting with kids is hard, messy and rarely perfect. They do totally love it though!

  7. That glitter is probably still stuck to everything :) I dread crafts with my girls. I really need to suck it up and do some with them for Christmas. Rachel xx
