The wisest man I know

May these words inspire, promote thought, turn a frown into a smile and possibly even find happiness

I never grew up reading Dr. Seuss.  I am loving him as an adult and am loving how my boys have taken to him as well!!

I picked this book up from our local salvos shop for $1.  The video does not do the colours justice it really is a beautiful book with an awesome message.

I have already begun scoping out other books as I am really trying to encourage the big one to read stories and not just look at pictures.

So two questions- book recommendations for 3 year olds and was Dr Seuss on drugs!!!!

Linking up for ibot with Jess!!!!!!!!

  1. Dyllan loves Walter the Farting Dog. I took him to Kmart a few months ago and let him pick a few books as they have books for $5.

  3. Dr Seuss is so cool. I haven't seen the many coloured days book before. Izzy loves her Dr Seuss books, I think he must have been on something!! I get tongue tied reading some of them sometimes. We have many books, too many to list here, Pamela Allen and Mem Fox are always good.

  4. Some of those Dr Seuss books are so painful to read, like the one I read last night full of tongue twists.

We like "Do pirates take baths?" at the moment.
