Tings I Know #5- Kokomo

I found out a little while ago that the place The Beach Boys sing about "Kokomo" does not really exist.  Well it does but not how the song describes it!!

But as the song says, "everybody knows a little place like Kokomo" and I have found mine.

Do you know a little place like Kokomo??  How hot is a very young John Stamos on drums??!!  How awesome is the movie Cocktail??!!

    I would have to listen to the song for the lyrics and I'm scared I'll get an ear worm, but taking a stab at it, I do have a kokomo, a place we head for day trips to escape the city but still in Sydney - I refer to it as my HAPPY PLACE...bring back summer :(

    Cocktail was a great movie. I like Bryan Brown movies. I don't even wanna know what year this come out, it's making me feel old already!

    I love this movie! Yep, I have a little place like kokomo but it involves the cold weather and some people would think I'm crazy!

    It was one of my favourite movies back in the day. Love Kokomo, I can still sing and drink to it on the right day! :)
