Technically Jellybean is due tomorrow so I am not overdue however I am very impatient and not good at waiting for anything!!

In other news my blog is broken again so anything insightful I may have had to say will have to wait!! Which believe it or not I actually did have some interesting stuff to write about!!

Confessing my Celebrity Crushes

Confession time over at My Home Truths has been popping up in my facebook newsfeed this morning so I thought I would join in as a little distraction on this still pregnant for gods sakes get out now Monday. 

I have confessed to these particular celeb crushes before but hey nothing wrong with having another look!!  JBJ is the ultimate crush for me and fyi there is approx 138 days until I see him in the flesh!! 
Rob Thomas and Marky Mark are another couple I don't mind at all!!

Wordless Wednesday- Dog beach fun

I took these back in January when we went for a morning at our local dog beach.  It was a cooler day and the beach was covered in blue bottles so there was no swimming for us just one happy dog!!  She is about 10 and is slowing down a little but take her to the beach with a $3 thrower and ball and she thinks she is a puppy again!!

WHO

Stole the cookie from the cookie jar?

WHAT

Is with the worlds media?  Yes the royal baby has been born, its a boy and he weighed 8lb 6.  Stop speculating on absolutely everything else.  Be smart Wills and Kate and release a picture of the baby so the dickheads stop camping outside and give you some peace.
Should I have for dinner tonight? 

WHERE

Is my swimming spot on a Monday morning?  I was mighty pissed yesterday to discover new children in both swimming classes when I have been asking for weeks to get a spot so both children go at the same time or at the very least on the same morning. 
Are all our socks?  Seriously we all do a dance of joy when we find a matching pair.
Have all my grammer skills gone?  I apologise for any mistakes!!

WHEN

Will my garbage bin get emptied?  Seeing as how garbage day is Monday and everyone elses bin was done and our bin was out on Sunday night and not done I am demanding an answer to this one. 
Will Jellybean make an appearance- for the record I am 38+6 weeks today and have been asked by the HOTH to hold off until Friday. 

WHY

Did I leave the box of lego out and within the reach of children who like to climb?  Now I have to put it all back in the box.  At least they are quiet so its not all bad.
A common question around here is why do we have so many towels and blankets etc?  Well when a poor little 2 year old spews 4 times in an afternoon you need every single towel and lounge cover and blanket. 
Is bloody Peppa Pig on so many times a day. 
Is my blog working perfectly now after doing battle for over 2 weeks when I have zero time to blog?

90's flashbacks

Ibot almost wasn't going to happen today thanks to a bout of morning sickness but all good now thanks to going back to bed. Although 2 unsupervised children for 45 minutes have made some kind of mess that will take all afternoon to clean up!! Goodbye blog reading!!

I had the urge to find one song on The Tube and ended up finding so many forgotton gems!! Thanks to Cathy at The Camera Chronicles (sorry cannot make a link work) and her post on 90210 for putting the 90's in my head!!

It is Monday, the computer has been switched off all weekend and I am still unable to blog properly. Grrrrrrrrrrr. As I completely missed Open Slather last week I am determined to not miss out again so please enjoy this crazy video I found on The Tube. FFS Friday/Things I Know- The bad and the good

A quick express blog session before the afternoon chaos begins here. In no particular order!!

The Bad

Not being able to blog properly is giving me the shites. I am going to shut the whole thing/computer/blogger down for the weekend and hope it is all normal on Monday!!

It was the dog who stole a whole bag of apples not the kids giving them to him. Sorry kids!! I know this as he tried to steal a bag while I was looking at him.

My floors stayed clean for 10 minutes this morning after I busted a gut vacuuming and steam cleaning them

It is a sad thing when the expensive floor steamer you have only works if the handle is cable tied down. (lucky I did not pay for the steamer or I would be demanding a refund.)

My memory is shot to pieces. So far this week I have missed my waxing appointment, forgot to register the 4 year old for the craft morning at the library and keep forgetting to get the boys and my haircut. They need their hair done badly as its preschool photos next week and I am getting a sibling one done not just the normal ones. (I cannot wait for the cuteness of that)!!

2 weeks of school holidays is more than enough.

All I have done for 2 weeks is feed the children. The HOTH thinks I am joking when I say he will need to get a second job to pay for food.

Which brings me to how sick I am of going to the supermarket pretty much everyday to constantly buy food.

Also on food I would give my first born for a salad roll from our local bread shop!! I think it will be one of the first things I have when we leave hospital!!

However if I wanted a quiet life I would never have had kids or pets or even a partner!!

The Good

37 week check done and dusted yesterday at the hospital with a doctor. Only a 45 minute wait which is 15 minutes better than last time!! I also got the all clear to go to the clinic rather than the hospital for the next 2 visits although I am hoping it won't come to that!!

The universe has been sending me little signs about something for a few weeks now and in the last week the signs have become way more frequent and hard to miss. A little cryptic I know but I don't want to jinx anything!!

It has been a nice 2 weeks of nothing and I am patting myself on the back for already being organised for next week which sees the start of chaos of an epic scale!!

Not my fave photo

The self proclaimed Queen of Awesomeness, Tegan at Musings of the Misguided is hosting this weeks The Lounge link up!!

The topic over at The Lounge this week is favourite photo. Too hard for me I have way too many. A few from the last year or so I have put up on my blog here and there. I would have walls of photo frames if I could with all my faves in them. Picking just a few would be near impossible!!

So today I have decided to share my least fave photo. Back story- 2 weeks ago I was all ready and heading out the front door on my solo shopping trip. I open the door to find the cat had left a delightful surprise waiting for me. I freaked out as most normal people would do and was reassured by the HOTH that it would be gone by the time I got home. Off I went and did not give it another thought. A couple of hours later I got a message from the HOTH asking me to call home, apparently he needed me to pick up something but by the time I called he had found he didn't actually need anything at all, he then told me he had taken some really nice pictures for me to look at when I got home.

This picture was it. Obviously I have changed it to protect the identity of a 4 year old who thought it was heaps cool to pose next to a dead rat!! Thankfully the 2 year old had more sense and would not go near it!!

The HOTH is always laughing at my epic parenting fails and always thinks he is going to win Father of the Year, this will not win it for him!! To make matters worse for him he suggested it would be a great photo for me to put on the blog.

Over to you guys, would the winner of Father of the Year actually take photos like this!! Is this one of the most disturbing photos you have ever seen??!!

Disclaimer- the HOTH is a great Dad, and has been a great defacto for the last 13 years!! Once again our anniversary has been and past without either of us remembering!! Whoops!!

Also please excuse the bizzare layout of this post, blogger has gone bat shit crazy this week and is making life hard to do anything and I really wanted to blog!! Hopefully the links work if not I will fix them if blogger ever goes back to normal!!

Week 37

Here I am finally feeling better and now unable to blog thanks to an error on the page!!

Today is the first day in a week that I have been feeling semi good thanks to a never ending sinus infection. I should have finished the antibiotics from round 1 and not stopped taking them as I felt better. Bring on the end of pregnancy and breast feeding as apparently there is a kick ass nose spray that works wonders but is not safe for me for the next few months

I got some awesome news last Tuesday that as I am a diet controlled gestational diabetic if everything is going well after the birth I will ne eligible for early discharge which put the biggest smile on my face and made me more determined to keep up everything I am doing and not give into temptation!! I love the idea of being able to come home after 24 hours and will do everything I can to make it happen.

Tomorrow is 37 weeks which is considered "full term" huzzah, although Jellybean is under strict instructions to stay put until next week as the HOTH is very busy at work and now is not a good time for him to have time off!!

Jellybeans room is nearly finished off, just some stuff to move out of there. All the clothes and blankets etc are all washed and put away. My hospital bag is pretty much packed and ready to go. I am optimistically not taking a lot!! All thats left to do now is sit and wait!!

The boys are excited and not constantly asking when the baby is coming which is a blessing!! We have sort of enjoyed the last week or so of holidays, they haven't minded hanging at home which is good as there has not been much of a choice.

Wordless Wednesday- Last Friday

This is what happened last Friday afer a week of solid rain.  It bucketed down here all day on Friday and luckily the boys and I were home as I had to clear out the blocked drain so the water would go down!!  We have lived here for 9 years and I have never seen the creek across the road from my place(top 2 pictures) running lke it did.  Thankfully Mother Nature turned the tap off on Sunday and its been sunshine and clear skies ever since!!
