Paying it forward 2014

To start this year off in a loving way I’m participating in this Pay-It-Forward initiative:

The first five people who comment on this status with "I'm in", will receive a surprise from me at some point in this calendar year - anything from a book, a ticket, a visit, something home grown or made, a postcard, absolutely any surprise!

There will be no warning and it will happen when the mood comes over me and I find something that I believe would suit you and make you happy.

These five people must make the same offer in their FB status and distribute their own joy. Simply copy this text onto your profile, (DONT 'SHARE;) so we can form a web of connection and kindness. Let's do more nice and loving things for each other in 2014, without any reason other than to make each other smile and to show that we think of each other. Here's to a more enjoyable, more friendly and love filled year!!

I saw this doing the rounds on Facebook last week and love the idea.  So if you want to be involved flick me an email help_stuck@hotmail.com!

I have another idea for a fun get involved activity for later in the year,  stay tuned!

That's it for me today, busy, exciting week here with two firsts.  Linking up as it is Tuesday with Essentially Jess for #ibot.

  1. I love this idea - if only more people would do it. There is nothing nicer than receiving snail mail that isn't a bill !!!
    Have the best week !

  2. This is such a lovely idea, I have tried it in the past but the slack in me took over and I never sent the stuff off. I want to have five things ready before I put it up so I can just go bang here is the stuff. Really is a lovely idea.

Leaving some fairy wishes and butterfly kisses from #teamIBOT

  3. I've seen this doing the rounds on FB too. Love the idea, but I know I would forget and then it would end up being a pressure and I would eventually get annoyed by it and not give in the right attitude, so I've refrained at this point. One day, I will get over myself and join in.

  5. I've seen this on Facebook too and one day when I'm less time poor I would love to do it! For the moment I content myself with lugging my DSLR everywhere and catching random pics of friends and their kids for them...
